Most members invest between €129–€297 per month, depending on their goals and the level of support they need. Arrange your consultation and we’ll recommend the best option for you.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Not at all. We coach you at your level, whether you’re a complete beginner or already active.

What happens if I can’t make a session?

We offer flexible times and can help you make up missed sessions so you stay on track.

What equipment do I need?

Just comfortable workout clothes and a water bottle — we provide everything else.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions last around 45 minutes, giving you a full workout without taking over your day.

Do you cater to beginners or advanced clients?

Yes. Every session is tailored so you can work at your own pace while still being challenged.
